Our first competition of the year! The day starts with a rehearsal, where the props make their debut. After a good rehearsal, we prepared to take the charters and vans for the ride to Danville. It was a great night for a show! We competed first in our class, competing against Cary HS, Sanderson HS, Southeast Raleigh HS, Jefferson Forest HS, and Smithfield-Selma HS. The band was fortunate to see the remaining bands in our class.

We were excited to place second overall in our class! Kudos to our Pit Crew, who took Pit Crew of the Day.
